Caroline Petelle
Founder
Caroline is an expert in extracting key insights from qualitative research, marketplace trends and analytic discoveries to create visionary, human-centered brand and marketing strategies. Prior to launching The Inside Brand, Caroline managed loyalty strategy and innovation at Hyatt Hotels and Expedia Group.
Caroline also has over a decade of experience as a marketing, branding and consumer insight research consultant across industries. A sample of prior clients includes Kimpton Hotels, The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, Dental Care Partners, Rancho La Puerta, American Licorice Company and Coldstone Creamery.

Dr. Christina Ceisel, Ph.D.
Christina holds a PhD in Communications from the University of Illinois, with expertise in cultural studies, research methodologies, food and tourism. Her insights have been published in academic journals, cited in popular press and featured in the Smithsonian’s website. Her book, Globalized Nostalgia: Tourism, Heritage, and the Politics of Place examines contemporary trends in tourism and branding strategies.
Christina is also an Assistant Professor of Communications at California State University Fullerton. Previously, she worked in travel and local business development.

Emily Beck

Emily brings experience in all things HR, with expertise in recruitment, employment branding, Diversity and Inclusion, employee engagement and HR process improvement. She has a passion for helping companies be intentional in how they build and reinforce their culture, enabling their people and business to flourish.
​
Previous career lives include consulting with startups to Fortune 100 companies, leading international recruitment teams with IBM and developing world-class Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Emily received her BA in Economics and MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois.
